In most of the cases, SMEs do not have sufficient knowledge, money and resources to conduct a full intellectual property audit in their businesses and find it difficult to build an IP portfolio describing a calculated value of their IP assets.They never realize the loss occuring due to avoidance of intellectual property importance in their businesses. In short, the Intellectual Property Audit means an assessment of the company's assets.
An IP Audit is defined as a systematic review of the IP assets owned, used or acquired by a business. Its purpose is to uncover under-utilized IP assets, to identify any threats to a company's bottom line, and to enable business planners to devise informed strategies that will maintain and improve the company's market position.

3. Present the current status of IP culture across the Organization.
The questionaire will help in assessing the fundamental and functional IP Awareness of employees across the various cross sections of the Organization.
